  Return Policy —Eyes

Because our eyes are precision-crafted returns are limited to the following:

     Returns Accepted When

• Requested within 14 days of delivery
• Item is unused, and unmodified
• No sanding, coating, polishing, or mounting

Personal Preference

• Dissatisfaction based solely on personal color preference, a      change of mind, differences between screen appearance, and the physical      product, or differences caused by viewing conditions are not grounds for a      refund, return, remake, or chargeback. All our eyes go through Quality Assurance, before mailing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed or mounted eyes
• Clear-coated, dipped, or polished eyes
• Custom sizes or custom iris designs
• Special orders
• Clearance / final sale items
• Items damaged during customer processing

   Normal Variations (Not Defects)
           Due to handcrafted production, slight variation may occur in:

• iris fiber detail
• limbus softness
• color tone under lighting
• pupil micro-variation

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
            Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
            We will replace or refund at our discretion.

   Return Authorization Required
      All returns must be approved prior to shipping. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
