Our eyes feature a glass-like appearance, and are crystal clear, offering excellent optical clarity. They are designed with superior UV stability to resist and prevent yellowing over time.

Because our eyes are precision-crafted optical components, returns are limited to unused items in original condition.

Returns Accepted When

Requested within 14 days of delivery
Item is unused, and unmodified
No sanding, coating, polishing, or mounting

Non-Returnable Items

Installed or mounted eyes
Clear-coated, dipped, or polished eyes
Custom sizes or custom iris designs
Special orders
Clearance / final sale items
Items damaged during customer processing

Normal Variations (Not Defects)
Due to handcrafted production, slight variation may occur in:

iris fiber detail
limbus softness
color tone under lighting
pupil micro-variation

These are normal and not grounds for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will replace or refund at our discretion.
